Our 5 inviting holiday apartments near Castelrotto each have a size of 40 to 65 square meters and offer plenty of room for up to eight persons. They are located in two adjacent houses and are all on the first floor. In each apartment you will find charming interiors with comfortable furniture, pleasant colours and regional decorative elements. The light-filled rooms are well-kept and offer the best conditions for a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Bring only the essentials, because of course in your South Tyrolean holiday home you will find everything you need for your stay. Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided and are already included in the price. Each apartment also offers a balcony or terrace.

are environment-friendly
Our environment and our beautiful nature are important to us. Our electric energy, thus, is provided by a photovoltaic system, which is located on our barn roof. Solar panels on the roof of our house provide plenty of hot water. And also in relation to our central heating we think of our environment: we use wood chips, which are made from wood from our own forests. Living in harmony with nature: we are trying to preserve our resources, so our beautiful South Tyrolean region also in the future will still be liveable and lovable. However, of course you will not have to give up a variety of amenities. For example, each apartment has a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. In some apartments there is even a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a ceramic hob. Enjoy your vacation in our rustic and comfortable ambiance!

The apartment “ARMIN” offers approx. 60 sqm and is located on the 1st floor in new house. It is the jewel of our farm. Newly decorated with lots of wood from our forest – that’s why we also call it the “Tyrolean Suite”.

The prices above are always per day for a minimum stay of one week.
Payment in cash or by cheque
Our offers are arranged individually for you according to season and number of persons.
Electricity, heating, towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are included in the price.
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax of € 2,50 per person/day is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Deposit
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment. After receiving the deposit we will send you the booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure
Arrival: In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: If not otherwise arranged please leave your holiday apartment not later 9 clock.
Cancellation
We ask for your kind understanding that in case of a cancellation we will not refund the deposit; in case of a late arrival or early departure, the full price must be paid.
Cancellation insurance
In case your holiday can NOT take place, we kindly ask you to inform us in time.
If you cancel 40 days before your scheduled arrival, your planned vacation will only cost you the deposit; if you cancel within 40-20 days, 80% of the holiday must be paid; if you cancel less than 20 days before, you must pay the full price.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the missing days must be fully paid.
A cancellation is very unpleasant for you and for us. Therefore, we recommend that you close cancellation insurance.
